Cloud Contact Standard delivers a more sophisticated set of tools that provide full transparency and control of call traffic, along with powerful contact center capabilities, enabling an enterprise to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Cloud Contact Advanced includes all the features of Basic and Standard with additional functionality like chat log, call recording and monitoring, and CRM integration.
