How to Schedule a Meeting with Call Manager

Call Manager's scheduling plugin allows you to easily keep track of your meetings and conveniently store meeting details to add to your meeting invitations

You can schedule a meeting directly from your Outlook Calendar by opening an appointment time in your calendar. Once you have selected a time and added attendees, you can add the meeting details by clicking the InterCall logo in your Outlook menu.

This will automatically add your dial-in number, conference code and a link that attendees can simply click and join the meeting.

You can also use your meeting by using the Call Manager menu from your desktop. Simply click "Schedule a Meeting" and an Outlook meeting invitation will open pre-populated with your meeting information.
