The Step-by-Step Guide to Converting a Physical Event Into a Virtual Event

As Intrado Digital Media president Ben Chodor wrote in his recent blog, “Uncertain Times Call for Virtual Events," when it comes to hosting important business events, global incidents can impact travel, limiting the ability of employees, clients, or prospects to attend in-person.

With federal and local governments encouraging (and sometimes mandating) social distancing, most of us are working from home.

Virtual events are well-suited to the “at home” worker and help organizations educate and engage the same audience they were expecting at their physical event. In fact, I wrote in a related post on how virtual event planning is a new skillset you need to know.
