2020 is underway. While we’re already hard at work in the new year here at Intrado Digital Media, we’re still reminiscing about 2019.
One of those events was our inaugural Digital Media Solution Showcase, a global virtual event highlighting the integrated communications solutions we offer.
Our team worked tirelessly to put together two days of live presentations and product demos that were broadcast around the globe.
Across public relations, investor relations, internal communications and marketing, our subject-matter experts came together to offer exclusive insights and share client case studies of our solutions.

- Live Welcome Sessions - To kick off each regional event, we conducted live video interviews with Intrado leadership from around the world. In Asia-Pacific, I spoke with Melanie Morfill, Sales Director. In Europe and the Middle East, we heard some amazing insights from Gerard McNamara, SVP & General Manager of Sales. And in North America, we heard from Daniel Lotzof, SVP of Revenue & Chief of Staff.
- Product Demos - The entire event focused on our amazing suite of solutions, providing viewers with tangible advice on how to supercharge comms strategies using our products. From webinars and streaming, to social listening, media monitoring and referral marketing, we covered everything an in-house or agency expert would need.
- Customized Tracks - We know everyone uses our products differently. That’s why we broke down our showcase into four customized tracks for PR, IR, internal comms and marketing pros.
- New Product Announcements - Each live event closed the same way. I interviewed Michael Krax, Associate VP of Product Management, about one of our most exciting solutions: our end-to-end communication platform, Unison.
There was so much more to this event than what we’re able to cover here. Our partners at Kollective, Hive and Say contributed prizes valued at over $10,000 collectively, and our service representatives created an insightful, on-demand recording highlighting our creative and live-event service offerings.
