West Positioned as a Leader for Sixth Consecutive Year

CHICAGO, September 12, 2017 – West Corporation, a global provider of communication and network infrastructure services, announced today that Gartner, Inc. has positioned the Company in the Leaders Quadrant of its annual “Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide”1 report for the sixth year in a row. West believes this placement is further validation of the Company’s ability to provide seamless connectivity through its UCaaS solutions and the Company’s completeness of vision in the telecommunications space.
