Scott Etzler joined the company in 1998 as president and COO and achieved the CEO title in 1999. He and his team have grown the business each year and in 2015, revenue results for West’s Unified Communications Services division were $1.467 billion with $374 million operating income. In January 2016, he assumed responsibility for the West Revenue Generation services business. Etzler serves on the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean's Advisory Council, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Advisory Board and on the Big Shoulder’s Foundation. He is also a member of the Economic Club and the Executives Club of Chicago.

Rob Bellmar is executive vice president of business operations for West’s Unified Communications Services. Rob became a member of the executive team in 2007, leading global operations and then moving into a role managing global network strategies and customer experience initiatives. In his current role, Rob is intimately involved in developing strategies to optimize partner relationships and deliver against client needs. He is a frequently sourced thought leader in the areas of employee productivity and millennial workforce development.

Marty brings years of learning and training expertise to West’s Unified Communications Services. Joining the company in 1994, Marty led the top sales office, became general manager and went on to open offices in Denver and throughout the Midwest. Today Marty oversees 24 offices with 325 field-based sales associates throughout the U.S. and Canada. His commitment to working and playing hard results in a fast-paced, energetic, goal-achieving environment. He is the true, ‘never say die’ leader. Heather leads West’s Unified Communications Services Fortune 500 and global client sales team. Since joining the company in 1995, Heather has held positions including national account director, regional vice president, general manager of national accounts and account executive. Heather is also responsible for creating the national account channel. Heather’s leadership is driven by her commitment to professionalism and high-touch support. Her team exudes these qualities which our customers demand.
Executive Vice President, International Sales & Marketing
As executive vice president of international sales & marketing, Morgan is responsible for leading West’s Unified Communications Services sales and marketing teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. After joining the company in 1998 Morgan held various management positions and helped grow the EMEA business from less than $2M in 1998 to more than $330M in 2014. Focusing on defining successful strategies and leadership, Morgan relies on an exceptional distributed management team to drive the company’s international businesses to deliver growth, value and an exceptional customer experience.
Senior Vice President, West Unified Communications and Collaboration
Randy leads the company’s global UC, hosted telephony, and contact center technology teams. Under McGraw’s leadership, West’s collaboration, hosted communications and interactive business divisions come together to create robust communications platforms for enterprise-sized companies. A veteran of the business communications industry, McGraw has been with West’s Unified Communications Services and precursor, Smoothstone IP Communications, since 2004. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
Senior Vice President, International Operations
Joe joined the company in 2001 as technical manager and was tasked with deploying infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region. Since then he has held a number of roles and is now responsible for operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions, ensuring his teams deliver the best level of service, quality and customer experience with every interaction. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, majoring in telecommunications. He is a sage in the UC world and has over 25 years of experience working in multiple organizations and holding roles that have exposed him to service delivery, infrastructure, and hardware and software development.
Senior Vice President, Global Service Delivery
Herb helped pioneer some of West’s Unified Communications Services early technology including its first customer database and reservations system. Today, the former newspaper publisher oversees global customer services, quality assurance, video operations and sales support. Herb takes great pride in making the complex world of conferencing technology a simple, consistent and reliable experience for all of our customers. Herb is “all West, all the time” and continuously selects the paths for our business that put the customer first.

As senior vice president & general counsel, Jared is responsible for all legal matters associated with West’s Unified Communications Services and its conferencing businesses. Jared sees his job at West as working to find the right balance between minimizing risk and maximizing revenue – and doing whatever it takes to support the company’s sales and operations teams in growing the business.
